These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of symbiosis-os.com and The Academy of Symbiosis OS (the “Site” and “Academy”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

What the Academy is

The Academy is an educational curriculum. It is offered for personal and professional development related to human judgment and collaboration with AI. It is not a certification, license, credential, professional qualification, or guarantee of any outcome.

Educational content — as is

Academy lessons, orientation materials, and related pages are provided for educational purposes. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the materials are complete, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

You are responsible for how you apply any ideas or practices in your own work and life. The Academy does not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

Access

• Lessons 1–3 are free and publicly available.
• Lessons 4 and beyond may require email signup. Access conditions may change; we will describe the current model on the Academy pages.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site or Academy at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates law or the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to gated materials, systems, or data
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy the Site in a way that harms service or violates these terms
• Misrepresent the Academy as a certification or official credential
• Use our name, materials, or branding to imply endorsement without permission

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, content on the Site — including lessons, orientation text, and branding — is owned by Symbiosis OS or its licensors. You may read and use the materials for personal learning. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute the curriculum as your own product without prior written permission.

No professional relationship

Use of the Site does not create a client, advisory, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Symbiosis OS.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symbiosis OS and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on Academy materials. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for access in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Symbiosis OS and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party services (hosting, email delivery, analytics). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
