This Privacy Policy describes how Symbiosis OS (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use symbiosis-os.com and The Academy of Symbiosis OS.

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Email address — when you sign up for access to Lessons 4 and beyond, or when you contact us.
• Contact messages — if you email us or use a contact form.
• Basic technical data — such as browser type, device type, and general usage information that a hosting or analytics provider may process in the ordinary course of operating a website (if analytics are enabled).

We do not require an account or password for the Academy at launch. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the public Academy pages.

How we use information

• To provide access to gated Academy lessons after email signup
• To respond to inquiries sent to academy@symbiosis-os.com
• To send occasional educational or Academy-related messages related to the list you joined (you may unsubscribe)
• To operate, secure, and improve the website

We do not sell your personal information.

Email list

Email collected for Academy access is used for lesson access and related Academy communication. You can request removal from the list by contacting academy@symbiosis-os.com. We will honor reasonable unsubscribe requests.

Sharing

We may use trusted service providers (for example hosting, email delivery, or analytics) who process data only as needed to provide their services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

Retention

We retain email and contact information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your email from our Academy list by contacting us.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
